The prospective offer of products and services is based on the consent requested from you, and the withdrawal of such consent shall not affect the performance of the contract under any circumstances.
The data provided will be retained as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data will not be disclosed to third parties except where there is a legal obligation to do so.

2) USERS:
Access to and/or use of this portal owned by Prime Invest confers the status of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Terms of Use set forth herein. These Terms shall apply regardless of any General Terms and Conditions of Contract that may be mandatory.
3) USE OF THE PORTAL:
THEISLANDRESIDENTIAL.COM provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, the “content”) on the Internet belonging to Prime Invest or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes full responsibility for the use of the portal, including any registration necessary to access certain services or content. During such registration, the USER undertakes to provide truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be assigned a password, for which they will be responsible, committing to use it diligently and confidentially.
The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services that Prime Invest offers through its portal, including but not limited to refraining from:
(i) engaging in activities that are unlawful, illegal, contrary to good faith or public order;
(ii) disseminating content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, advocating terrorism or violating human rights;
(iii) causing damage to the physical and logical systems of Prime Invest, its suppliers, or third parties; introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are capable of causing the aforementioned damage;
(iv) attempting to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.
Prime Invest reserves the right to remove any comments or contributions that violate personal dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, infringe upon youth or childhood, public order or safety, or which, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, Prime Invest shall not be held responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.
4) DATA PROTECTION:
Prime Invest complies with the guidelines set forth in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the implementing regulations of the Organic Law, and other applicable regulations in force, ensuring the proper use and processing of users’ personal data.

Pursuant to Articles 8 and 32.1, paragraph two, of the Intellectual Property Law, reproduction, distribution, public communication, including the provision modality, of all or part of the content of this website for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without authorization from Prime Invest, is expressly prohibited.
The USER agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Prime Invest. Prime Invest reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own discretion or at the request of a third party, to users who fail to comply with these General Terms of Use.
10) GENERAL TERMS:
Prime Invest will pursue any breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions to which it may be entitled under the law.

12) APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:
The relationship between Prime Invest and the USER shall be governed by the current laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
